RCCSP Professional Education Alliance (RCCSP) is a horizontal industry alliance of training providers, consultants, and industry experts in the call center, IT, telecom, and networking industries.  What follows is RCCSP's online privacy policy, which governs personal information gathered on our Internet sites but not the sites of RCCSP Alliance members. Each RCCSP Professional Education Alliance member company has its own privacy and security policies for its own Web site.

RCCSP's Commitment to Online Security

Physical, electronic and managerial procedures have been employed to safeguard the security and integrity of personal information. RCCSP uses only secure protocols for accepting customer billing information wherever RCCSP requests it. All RCCSP agents and contractors with access to personal information obtained on RCCSP Web sites are also bound to adhere to this policy as part of their contracts with RCCSP.  RCCSP does not utilize third party online credit card processors. All credit card processing is completed off-line at RCCSP business headquarters.

Personal Information that RCCSP May Collect Online

RCCSP collects personal information online, including names, postal and e-mail addresses, phone and facsimile numbers, billing information, and inquiry information voluntarily provided to RCCSP by visitors. RCCSP may also collect business information from training course registrants, some of which could constitute personal information, as well as personal information from individuals acting solely in their business capacity.

RCCSP does not knowingly collect or maintain any personal information from children under the age of 13. In addition, no part of our sites are designed with the purpose of attracting any person under age 13.

How RCCSP Uses Personal Information Collected Online

Unless you otherwise consent, we will use your personal information only for the purpose for which it is submitted, such as to reply to your e-mail, and process billing and business requests related to training registrations and product orders, and we will use such information to provide notices, maintain customer record-keeping and to conduct research on industry marketplace practices. Our research may lead to the publication of aggregate demographical data but will not result in the reporting or publication of any personal information provided to us. At certain points where personal information is collected on our site, there may be a box where you may indicate you would like to be on a mailing list to receive information about other RCCSP programs and services and about ways to support RCCSP and the RCCSP Professional Education Alliance. At any time you can add or remove your name from a RCCSP list by contacting us via the Contact Us form..

How Your Information May Be Shared

In order to process a training registration, RCCSP will share attendee information with the training instructor and their company, one of the RCCSP Alliance members. By completing a registration form, you are allowing us to e-mail or transmit your contact information to the appropriate RCCSP Alliance member company.  Attendees should recognize that this method of transmission may not be secure.

RCCSP Alliance training course registrations are processed centrally by RCCSP, and billing information is not forwarded to Alliance members.

We never sell or rent your personal information.

RCCSP may also release personal information under the following circumstances:

  • Where release is required by law (for example, a subpoena) or regulation or is requested by a government agency;
  • Where our records indicate a company may be engaged in fraudulent activity or other deceptive practices that a governmental agency should be made aware of;
  • To appropriate governmental authorities, where warranted by a company's failure to participate in the advertising self-regulatory process or respond to an online privacy complaint, or where a company fails to honor the recommendations of the National Advertising Division, Children's Advertising Review Unit or National Advertising Review Board;
