We've made it easy, with a combination of back-to-back, online, and classroom training. This Fast Track enrolls you into four training courses at a cost savings, and allows you to accelerate the pace of your learning experience by attending two courses back-to-back in the same 5-day week. The series is designed to specifically address implementation of Six Sigma quality methodologies in contact center environments, both call centers and IT help desks. Participants completing the program will earn a specialized Call Center Six Sigma Black Belt certificate. First, register to attend Call Center Metrics, Data Analytics and Reporting and Designing Six Sigma Contact Centers, in different locations, or back-to-back in the same location as a 5-day Call Center Engineering Boot Camp, in any of the following locations:
Next, complete the Principles of Call Center Financial Management curriculum online, at your own pace. This course, and related exams and quizes, will be administered by the Masters of Engineering Program in Quality within the University of Arizona's Professional Continuing Education Program. Finally, attend the 4-day Call Center Six Sigma Master Black Belt Capstone Course in Greenville, SC, on one of the following dates, and celebrate having earned one of the most sought-after professional achievements in the contact center industry.
