Conditions for posting or use of the calendar:

You may post the provided version of the Resource Center's copyrighted calendar, at no charge, subject to the following conditions:

1. The Resource Center will email you a 1-month events calendar in HTML table format for inclusion in a page on your web site.
2. You agree to link to the events calendar from the home page or main "resources" page of your web site. This link will be appropriately titled (eg, Events Calendar, Industry Calendar, Call Center Events, etc.).
3. Once the initial 1-month calendar has been posted to your site, please notify us at librarian@the-resource-center.com.  After reviewing placement of the calendar, we will register you to receive updated 3-month calendars in HTML table format on an ongoing monthly basis, provided that you continue to post the calendars to your web site.  To update your page, simply cut and paste the new table over the old table.
4. You may - and should! - create title, description, and keyword meta tags with the calendar page with whatever terms you believe will result in the best search engine rankings.  Then, submit the calendar page to your favorite search engines to increase traffic to your site.
5. You may add or delete any events you like from the calendar.  However, you may not remove or redirect any of the preprogrammed links to other pages or sites.  Remember that any changes you make will be lost when we email an updated replacement calendar to you.
6. You may not modify or remove the last two rows of the table: the Resource Center copyright notice for the calendar and directions for submissions to the calendar.

8. The Resource Center will provide calendars at its sole discretion to sites it deems qualified and appropriate, and may discontinue or suspend the free calendar program to any or all recipients at any time.
