Each vendor response will also include summary pricing data. Proposals will be evaluated based on satisfying technical performance requirements and associated pricing elements. This RFP workshop will include a review and technical analysis of bidder responses by Allan Sulkin, a recognized PBX systems expert. Mr. Sulkin is president of TEQConsult Group, and the course developer and instructor of the seminar, Understanding PBX Systems and Technologies.
