Airfare Offer Terms & Conditions

This offer is valid for limited courses, dates, and locations as indicated in the course schedules on this website.
Purchaser must pre-register for this offer (pre-register above) prior to enrolling into a Free Airfare Offer-eligible course.
The Free Airfare Offer is only valid for registrations made while the airfare offer symbol ("") is displayed on the specific course schedule. Airfare offer symbols will be added and deleted from course schedules at RCCSP's sole discretion (so, register quickly when you see one).
The amount of the Free Airfare Offer ("Free Airfare Offer Discount") is equal to the lowest available airfare indicated on Orbitz.com at the time the attendee registration is processed, for roundtrip fares between the course city and the attendee's closest international airport , with a departure on the day preceding the course and a return leaving 6:30PM or later on the last day of the course, up to a maximum of $600. The Free Airfare Offer Discount will be applied as a deduction to the course retail registration fee, and purchaser will be charged a net registration fee equal to the retail course registration fee less the Free Airfare Offer Discount.
Net registration fees must be paid in full at the time the registration is processed to qualify for this offer. Course registration fees paid in conjunction with this offer are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be applied toward any other course, date or location. RCCSP will confirm the pricing and value of the Free Airfare Offer Discount with the purchaser prior to processing the registration fee payment.
This offer applies to new registrations only and cannot be applied retroactively. Course re-enrollments (cancelled and rescheduled registrations) are not eligible.
This offer is not valid with any other discounts, promotions or discount packages.
The Free Airfare Offer Discount has no cash value. No cash amounts will be reimbursed by RCCSP to the purchaser or attendee or credited to any credit card.
RCCSP is not responsible for finding or booking air travel.
RCCSP reserves the right to change or cancel this offer at any time.
